Apple’s iPhone 17 Series
Apple has just announced its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three refreshed versions of existing models as well as the all-new iPhone Air, which takes the place of the iPhone Plus. If camping out on release day isn't your style, but you still wish to secure one at the earliest opportunity, you'll be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.
The iPhone 17 boasts a new design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone finally gets a 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the new A19 chip is quicker and also more efficient, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will see a massive jump in speed and better gaming performance courtesy of ProMotion.
About the camera, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP get redirected here photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also gets an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and also more impressive.

The iPhone 17 will come in black, white, steel gray, light blue, green, and purple.The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in black, white, light gold and sky blue.
The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in colours including blue, orange and silver.
